I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, from the receptionists Erhan and Sema to the housekeeping and room service, were all kind and efficient. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the location was perfect - close to all sightseeing places but away from the busy center. The hotel facilities were great, and I even received a free room upgrade. The staff were pretty good too help me, like Shaban who helped me receive a package I had forgotten at a previous hotel.

The staff at this property are extremely kind and helpful, especially Sama and Arhan. The hotel is conveniently located near Halic University and offers a good view of Halic park. The restaurant boasts a spectacular view as well. Choose this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The staff was very helpful, cooperative, and multilingual. Ayesha spoke Arabic well and was especially accommodating to my mom. Erhan was also very helpful and spoke excellent English, assisting me with various tasks, such as arranging a taxi to the airport. All staff members were commendable and I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was perfect - close to all the sightseeing places, yet away from the busy center. It made exploring the city so convenient. Thirdly, the staff were exceptional. From the friendly and efficient reception team to the hardworking housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Lastly, the rooms with private terraces were a highlight. The views were simply stunning, and it was a wonderful spot to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring.
All was absolutely perfect, couldn't ask for more.

During my recent stay at Terrace Suites, I was blown away by the very nice view. The panoramic scenery was amazing and added an extra touch of beauty to our trip. the spaciousness of the rooms was exactly what we needed for our group of seven adults and two children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable.

The location was perfect for exploring the sights - close to all the must-see places but away from the busy center. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing the privacy we needed. The staff, especially Ahmet and Selim, offered impeccable service and were always helpful and kind. The hotel was always clean and shining, and the view from some of the rooms was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the parking area made it convenient for us.
The centrally-controlled AC sometimes made the room warm and unable to adjust the temperature.
